I’m the owner of Make Fitness Fun 4 You, a women-only personal training and nutrition coaching studio right here in Alexandria. I help women build strength, improve their health, and create habits they can actually stick with for life.
Most of the women I work with are tired of starting over.
They’ve tried diets.
They’ve tried challenges.
They’ve tried relying on motivation.
And they’re ready for something that works in the real world.
I work with women of all fitness levels, including those navigating things like diabetes, arthritis, joint replacements, Parkinson’s, MS, mobility limitations, and other health concerns. My goal is simple: meet you where you are and help you move forward safely and confidently.
When we work together, we’re not chasing perfection.
We’re building:

As someone who lost over 100 pounds and has kept it off for more than 12 years, I understand that lasting change isn’t about finding the perfect program. It’s about finding an approach that fits your life.

Over the last several months, I’ve met with women who wanted help improving their health but weren’t necessarily looking for a gym or personal training program.
Some already exercise on their own.
Some walk regularly.
Some belong to another gym.
Some simply aren’t ready to start a workout program yet.
What they all had in common was this:
They wanted help eating better, sleeping better, managing stress, creating healthier habits, and finally finding some consistency.
So I’ve decided to add a new coaching option called Balanced for Me.
Balanced for Me is designed for women who want support with nutrition, sleep, stress management, accountability, and overall wellness without a structured exercise program.
Because sometimes the biggest challenge isn’t knowing what to do.
It’s finding a way to do it consistently in the middle of a busy life.

We’re So Close to 1,000 Followers!
I’ve never been someone who focused much on follower counts (hence 8 years later and I haven’t even broken 1000 lol). I’d rather spend my time helping people than watching numbers.
But I’ve learned something since moving my business to Alexandria.
In a larger community, more people need the opportunity to learn who you are, what you do, and how you can help. That’s where social media can make a difference.
There may not actually be a million businesses in Alexandria (though some days it feels that way 😄), but there are a lot of us working hard toward the same goal: serving and supporting this amazing community and the people who call it home.
