Next weekend we will be pulling this 737 right off the tarmac into the air. We got 15 of the baddest dudes and dudettes this side of the Great Lakes. We can have up to 20 people on the team, so if you're interested there is a link below to donate or join the team. Registration is $25 and we will pull tug of war style against the plane. We're on a mission to crush our time last year.

Wow what a start to the kids class! These kids really loved the farmers carries, sprinting, and end of class game. I know they’re going to sleep on time tonight.

September 15th we will kicking off our Grizzly Kids class. This class is a fun and challenging class for kids of all skills and abilities. All you need to bring is a water bottle and positive attitude.

Last class is Nov 17th
Kids ages 5 -12
$5 per child for Grizzly Strength members
$10 for non-members

We will focus on bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-ups, plyometrics, speed, and agility. This is a fun, relaxed class that will be challenging for stay-at-home gamers and sports kids alike.
