Iโm newly 29 ๐ญ, I have a wild 3.5 year old Bennett, and 3 bonus daughters for lifeโค๏ธ a 5 month old puppy. Iโm a cardiac sonographer at Akron general. I obviously love CrossFit and lifting, I just got some kayaks so Iโm excited to start doing that this summer.

Short term goal would be to get a strict pullup in the very near future!
Long term goals is to keep consistent and stick with it regardless of what life throws. Keep building strength and living healthy. Pushing past any limit and keeping my mental tough.

I am absolutely terrified of heights- rope climbs are not in my near future ๐ no roller coasters, rides with big drops, nope nope.
