Jessica L. Holman and April Tedder Langston and WFC are bringing back our HIIT class and we’d love for you to join us 😌

All fitness levels welcomed 👏🏾🙌🏾💪🏾
If you’re currently a WFC member, class is free. If you’re a non-member, your first class is FREE!!

Should you love it (we all have a love hate relationship for it 😅😉) and only want to attend the HIIT classes, each additional class will be $5, unless you hop on board and become a member ❤️

HIIT Classes will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s starting at 6:30pm
