Alright so signed up today for the Medoc 10 miler on Oct 21st. Have my half marathon at Sunset Beach this coming weekend (May 20th), so wont be in town. Everybody get up with each other and keep running! Lets get ready for summer and fall.

Hello and HAPPY NEW YEAR! Time to get back to working on yourself? We are here to help. We are back to our old stomping ground at Horseshoe Farm Park. They have a wonderful new park area (restrooms included!!) and we are so very glad to be back to running every Sunday morning. Thanks for the inaugural re-opening run last week with Ty, Shannon, and Perri. It felt GREAT to start things back up. We would love it if everyone would share this post and join us. We will be running every Sunday starting at 10:00am for the next few winter months and will return back to 9:00am once Spring comes and warmer weather is back. Look forward to seeing everybody on the Greenway!

Thank you for the run yesterday Perri Holt and TY Hicks! I had a really good time and it is nice to be back to running with friends. KRAC4Runners still lives, were just a little scattered lately.

On April 12, 2015, I will join Team V in the Rock 'n' Roll Raleigh Marathon & 1/2 Marathon benefiting The V Foundation for Cancer Research. I’ve committed to raising funds to support cancer research.
