SOMD Sabres Hockey Club The SOMD Sabres is a non-profit organization that provides instructional, recreational and competitive travel hockey programs for SOMD youth.

The mission of the Southern Maryland Sabres Hockey Club is to promote the growth of ice hockey and to provide the best possible experience for all participants by encouraging, developing , advancing and administering the sport.

Another action-packed weekend is here for our Southern Maryland Sabres and Lady Sabres! ❤️💛🖤

This weekend is extra special because our Half Ice Mites are hitting the ice for their FIRST GAMES of the season! 🥅🏒 We can’t wait to watch our youngest Sabres get out there, have some fun, and officially kick off their season!

And the road trips are calling! Our 12U Gold and 16U Gold Sabres are hitting the road for AHF doubleheaders in PA! Safe travels to our players, coaches, and families as they represent Southern Maryland away from home! 💪🏒

From our Mites taking the ice for the first time, to our teams battling at home, to our Sabres on the road—there’s plenty of hockey to cheer for this weekend!

Good luck to ALL of our Sabres and Lady Sabres! Play hard, have fun, and represent Southern Maryland proudly! ❤️💛🖤
