Posted • Groups, privates, indoors, outdoors, zooms- you name it and has been there for me on my fitness journey!


We started with solo sessions, moved on to partner sessions, then outside and socially distanced when COVID hit. Then zooms when we had to. Then indoors and solo sessions to get through winter, and now happily back to safe partner sessions.


I’ve got mad respect for people that can go down to their basement and push themselves and motivate themselves to work out. However I have never been one of those people - and having a trainer keeps me focused and motivated- and challenged!


I can’t recommend Kristyn enough! She’s committed to her clients and their well being, attentive to your individual fitness and health needs AND she’s an amazing woman who can truly make working out fun and diverse and anything BUT routine!


Thank you Kristyn for being there for me and my goals ✨. My abs will never look like yours, but the idea of that, and being able to work out with someone who does have those abs, sure does keep me inspired 😉.
