Save the date of June 17th 2023, and participate in the first annual WAHOO Bass Shootout on Leech Lake in Walker Minnesota. Permits are in place for this Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass event, which benefits the Walker Area Hockey Organization (youth hockey).Full details and website should be live next week, complete with sign-up information, entry fees and payouts.

“OutNumbered” will be missed! The 270 Fishmaster has a new home on LOTW where she belongs. It was a wonderful ship that made a ton of great memories for my family friends and clients here on Leech Lake. It was a truly unique platform for guiding out of. It had its strong points and its limitations. All in all there is no one boat that can fill every need and want. Back to the Ranger 621 for mobility and tactical assault.

PS: 60mph in this boat feels amazing!

With air temps in the 40’s on the water this weekend. Brett kept warm nestled into his MadBommer tuque. He never complained once of the cold. He stuck it out and connected with these two beautiful fish and many more. Its not every day we get to put a Walleye over 30”s in the boat!

This is going to be the last week "Out Numbered" will be in the water here on Leech Lake for the 2020 season. If any one is looking to do some late season Muskie fishing, hit me up. Heated cabin, head, grill, and big fish!
