What a great two days of flag football we had this week!

It was awesome seeing so many young athletes out on the field competing, having fun, learning the game, and enjoying football with their teammates.

The energy was outstanding, and now we're excited to keep it going!

Athletes will work on explosive acceleration, first-step quickness, sprint mechanics, agility, change of direction, footwork, and sport-specific movement.
