We are open Monday - Friday 5:30am - 7:30pm
Our CrossFit group classes start at the following hours in the morning and evenings. Afternoon classes - 12:00, 3:30, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30pm. Saturday 9:00am-10:30pm. Ohhhhh it’s getting real now 😏🔥

The captains have spoken.

This year’s CrossFit Open teams are officially in the hands of:

We gathered on the floor, drew names, built the squads… and let’s just say 👀 there may have been some “strategic” energy happening.

If you saw us crouched on the gym floor surrounded by tiny slips of paper like we’re planning a heist… we kind of were. A fitness heist.
