Back to school is here, and we want to remind all of our stay-at-home parents that this can be a great time to start making time for yourself too!🥰

Once the kids are in school, come get your workout in while you have some time to yourself. And if you’re picking the kids up in the afternoon, you can still come to the gym! Our Kids Zone is available for them to sit, relax, and work on their homework while you get your workout in. (Kids zone for 4yr olds and up)

We know how easy it is to put yourself last when you’re taking care of everyone else. Let this school year be the year you make your health a priority too.✅
