The internationally acclaimed duo Acoustic Eidolon Acoustic Eidolon is coming to perform live right here where we roll out our mats.
If you’ve never experienced their music, you are in for a treat. They feature a unique blend of Celtic, flamenco, and contemporary sounds played on a custom double-neck guitjo and cello. It’s the ultimate evening of beautiful, soul-stirring acoustic sounds, perfect for finding some peace and inspiration off the mat.

Bye-bye, bugs and unpredictable breezes! 🌬️

We are packing up our mats and moving all classes back inside where it’s warm and cozy. We loved soaking up the sun with you, but we’re ready to trade the outdoor elements for indoor comfort until next summer.

Location: Safe and sound inside the studio.

Schedule: No changes here! Your favorite class times stay exactly the same.

She is our studio owner and your Wednesday night yoga guide. With over 20 years of teaching experience, a daytime gig shaping young minds as a middle school teacher, and a serious love for plants and all humans, she brings the best cozy energy to the mat.

Here's where to find us at tomorrow's FREE Yoga Class and Art in the Park at Hiram Sims Park.
The weather should be good, but bring layers in case we get a breeze. Many students also like to bring a blanket to put under their yoga mat in case the grass is damp.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
