VIKINGS HOME GAME UPDATE — LYMAN HALL ONLY

There has been some confusion today, so I want to make this as clear as possible.

First, I apologize for the mixed messaging. As you can imagine, there are a lot of moving pieces involved with adjusting game times — officials, clock operators, other Shoreline towns, etc. We also did not initially recognize that some families thought the updates applied to away games.

If you have an AWAY game today: Please communicate directly with your team’s head coach for any schedule changes or updates.

If you have a HOME game at Lyman Hall: ALL Vikings home games have been delayed by TWO HOURS.

• 11:00 AM games → 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM games → 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM games → 5:00 PM

Again, this update applies ONLY to Vikings home games at Lyman Hall. Every home game has been moved back exactly two hours.

I apologize again for the confusion and appreciate everyone’s patience as we worked through all the moving pieces this morning.

He is one of the finalists in the Tri-State Area for the Heart Of A Giant Award .

Jason was nominated along with thousands of other student-athletes from CT, NY & NJ. He is 1 of 10 finalists for the award.

Jason has demonstrated academic excellence, works a part-time job, is an active member in the Wallingford community, has improved each year on the field and is a tremendous role model for his siblings.

Join us Friday, September 18 as our Vikings Football & Cheer athletes help kick off Lyman Hall’s first home game of the season!

⏰ Athlete Check-In: 5:30–5:45 PM
🏈 Football players wearing their Vikings jersey get FREE admission
📣 Cheerleaders wearing their cheer uniform get FREE admission
🎁 Vikings athletes receive a special gift, food & drink!
🔥 And the best part — our Football & Cheer athletes will RUN OUT ONTO THE FIELD with Lyman Hall to open the game!

PLEASE NOTE: All athletes must remain under adult supervision throughout the event. One adult may absolutely supervise multiple athletes — a parent/guardian does not need to accompany each individual child. Athletes may not be dropped off and left unattended.

Come out, represent the purple & black, and help us support Lyman Hall!

A HUGE Vikings shoutout to Wallingford Cheer’s very own Bridget Thomas! 🇺🇸🎤

Yesterday, Bridget bravely stepped out in front of hundreds of fans and performed the National Anthem at all FOUR of our home football games!

What an incredible job and an awesome moment for our Vikings family. It takes a lot of courage to stand in front of a crowd like that, and Bridget absolutely crushed it!

Bridget, the entire Vikings organization is SO proud of you! 💜💛

Come out to Lyman Hall tomorrow and spend your Sunday supporting the Wallingford Vikings!

We’ve got home games throughout the day, FREE admission, concessions open, and halftime entertainment — bring the family, grab some food, and cheer on our Vikings!
