🌀 Reiki Remedy 🌀

Take some time to realign physically and energetically during this reiki enhanced yin yoga and sound healing journey under November’s Crescent Moon in Libra. Beginning with a collective oracle reading, smudging, intention setting, and essential oil infused breathwork. Deepening self love through positive affirmations and EFT to shift the energetic body while rewiring the mind. Mindfully moving and resting in deeply restorative earthbound yin poses to release tension in the soft tissue of the body while reconnecting with the self. Allow yourself to be held with the healing touch of reiki as you rest in each pose for several minutes. Closing the experience with a guided sound journey that connects you to the wisdom, love, and support of your ancestors in the Spirit realm and the airy energy of Libra, activating your heart space to grow more love, compassion, and forgiveness within while releasing the heaviness of grief that is held in the body on a cellular level. In this sacred healing container, you have the freedom to share, to be truly witnessed without judgement, as you continue to evolve through these self care practices and your path to healing the mind, body, and Soul.

🌀 November Self Care Magic 🌀

Autumn is a beautiful reminder of how things are constantly changing; the sunlight disappears, leaves fall from trees, the cold is creeping in, and we begin to turn inward. As we turn inward we can see the light that has been slowly germinating within our hearts over the weeks, months, and years prior. Finding gratitude for what has already come to fruition. We also face our shadow, the unwanted, discarded bits of ourselves that make us uncomfortable and at times, unwilling to change. We find comfort in the familiar, but without stepping out of our comfort zone we never grow. Are you scared to embrace the shadow on your own? Don't be stuck in a state of fear. Remember, connection is the cure. When we come together in community to heal our wounds and learn from our past it's a lot easier to discover our truth and grow into it. We were not meant to do this alone. This is your invitation to join us next month for some deeply Soul soothing self care magic in a loving community space with kindred Spirits, being held and supported by one another. November welcomes the return of two events that we've done in the past. Reiki Remedy: heart centered reiki enhanced yin yoga + sound healing under November's Waning Crescent Moon in Libra is happening on Friday, November 6th at 7pm. Expect to awaken your heart space through multiple healing practices that will grow love, compassion, and forgiveness within while also releasing the heaviness of grief. Holiday Inner Child Healing is happening on Friday, November 20th at 7pm. In this experiential workshop you can anticipate to move not just your body, but your emotions as well, learning to healing familial wounds and reclaim your power in time for the holidays. Dance into the descent of darkness and decay for an autumnal cacao ritual to connect to the ancestors under October’s Waning Gibbous Moon in Gemini and Cancer with Good Vibes Yoga Studio Creatrix and Intuitive Spiritual Guide, Deonna Thomas, and Sacred Vocalist and Cacao Guide, Stephanie Nieves. Gather in sacred community as we sit in the liminal space between Summer and Winter, embracing light and shadow, the duality of Gemini, and the emotional flow and intuition of Cancer. Opening space, calling in the four directions and the love, wisdom, and support of our ancestors as we teeter between the realms of Spirit and the Middle World, Kay Pacha, the earthly plane of human existence. Clearing energy in body and space, smudging with sacred smoke, as we open the energetic channels to Spirit through a collective oracle reading and intention setting. Moving through an earthbound yoga flow rooted in breath, air nourishing the body, supported by the healing effects of reiki. Vibrational healing continues as we find stillness while the body is bathed in sound, softening the nervous system and connecting to the element of water. Opening the heart space, awakening the senses, and connecting with Mama Cacao while we sip on her sweet medicinal nectar and sing her songs from Spirit. Continuing to sing and drum, we allow the inner child to come out and play, we find our voice and ability to express. Sealing the experience, sharing in circle with kindred Spirts, closing the four directions as your return to Kay Pacha.

✨🌑 Mabon Magic 🌑✨

Gather in a poolside oasis and around a sacred fire for an earthy Mabon nervous system regulation ritual with Good Vibes Yoga Studio creatrix and intuitive spiritual guide, Deonna Thomas, and The Sound Healing Librarian, Melissa Dorish. Circling around the pool, our journey begins with clearing energy in the space and body with divine herbal smoke, a collective oracle reading, intention setting, and journaling. A dance between shadow and light, we welcome the Fall Equinox, moving towards the darkness and decay of fall and winter, and exploring the duality within. Awakening the energy body and releasing heavy emotions and trauma through essential oil enhanced breathwork and EFT tapping with positive affirmations to rewire brain pathways. As the sun begins to descend towards the horizon, beautiful colors and refracted light paint a blissful mosaic for the eyes. Finding stillness, resting on the earth or floating in the pool, as the body is bathed in sound, journeying with the elements of water and earth while regulating the nervous system. Two sound practitioners weaving together unique vibrational frequencies supported by the healing energy of reiki. Closing this experience, circling around the fire for ritual, burning our intentions and sending our prayers to Spirit, to hear our call and support our path. Time for sharing and processing what has arisen in a loving spiritual community before parting ways.
