Body Temple Fitness is a personal training studio with locations in Wallingford and Middlefield Connecticut. We cater to all ages and fitness levels, and we are so dedicated to getting our clients the results they want that we tailor our class schedule to meet their needs and are constantly trying out new fitness classes to keep things fresh. You work one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer (C.P.T) in our private, professional setting or in your home or corporate facility. Our mission is transforming your mind, body and spirit, one client at a time. We promote a healthy community by integrating fitness classes, nutritional counseling, and by staffing knowledgeable personal trainers and instructors to enrich and engage you.
