We are excited to announce that East Bay Machine will become part of the Prime family in March, forming the foundation of our newest program, “East Bay Prime”! Jose Rivera, Who started EB Machine, was on our first ASA team in 2004 and there has always been a mutual respect and shared philosophy on how to develop players between our programs.

We are excited to operate in new communities and mentor more and more players throughout our area. This will make all of our existing programs so much stronger as well, the ideas and opportunities this presents keep flowing and we can’t wait to get started! We all want games back, in the meantime if you are a young player, shooting 1000 shots a day and trying to become the best dribbler in county is more important than flying or driving across your state to play four games....

Special Congratulations to Coach Greg St. Jean, Current member of the Los Angeles Lakers coaching staff! Greg was a member of our first ASA team back when he was in 8th grade, he was always a student of the game. We are all enjoying following Greg's career at the NBA level as one of the best young coaches in the world. Greg, your future is bright but for now enjoy that world championship! Thank you for the example you have set for all of the young players you have reached throughout our program, it's pretty exciting for your youngsters to have an NBA champion as a part of the ASA family!!! Colby Orr - Alumni Player Spotlight: We are proud to call Colby one of the first Prime players ever, his 7th grade team was our first team ever! Colby's team still is recognized as one of the best we've had, with the majority moving on to play college basketball. Colby began his college career at Citrus College where he earned All-Conference honors, and now he looks forward to continuing his success at Chico State University. We look forward to watching this Prime "OG" in the years to come!

Coach Spotlight - JORDAN CLARK: Coach Jordan is an ASA Basketball alum, amongst many who went on to play college basketball. Jordan showed great leadership skills throughout his career, becoming captain of his team his senior year at Linfield University. Jordan has built a life of serving others, he is currently a medical school applicant and is working to become an EMT. "Jordan has quickly become one of the best youth basketball coaches I've been around. His dedication to coaching the details and instilling great habits, along with his great personality which creates great connections with young players, makes him a huge asset to ASA and Prime Basketball". Thank you to Coach Jordan, keep setting a great example for our players!
