Slowed things down and gave the body some attention today.
We focused on simple movement, better posture, and breathing, and worked out with some of the mental fatigue with some meditation. Nothing extreme, just the stuff most people skip and end up needing the most.
This is the kind of work that keeps you moving well, feeling good, and staying consistent long term.

Today we are Celebrating one of our members who is amazing is so many way!
Carol is not only an incredible person, she is also incredibly inspiring. Through the ups and downs, Carol is determined to get in the gym each time, is incredibly strong during the workouts, and an absolute blast to get to know!

We’re hosting a free community stretch and would love to have you join us. This is for all levels, whether you’re active already or just getting started.
Bring a yoga mat or towel, and if getting down on the ground isn’t your thing, feel free to bring a sturdy chair. We’ll have stretches for everyone!
