Client horse Curly the OTTB is figuring his feet out!

He’s gaining confidence every day, and I can’t help but think of just two months ago when he was terrified of cross rails 🤣 he’s come a long way!

Welcome Pyper!

Pyper is a 2.5 yr old Gypsy cross. She arrived a short while ago to get started under saddle.

Today, she had her first ride! She passed all her groundwork with flying colors faster than anticipated, and I had the green light from her to get on and go. She’s such a joy to work with and I can’t wait to continue developing her!

Welcome Milo to the training program!

Milo is a 3yo Quarter Horse, coming into training for a restart to set him up for success for a hunter/jumper career later on. He’s been learning fast and is eager to please!

Excited to show his progress as he continues to learn and start to understand the questions.

Looking for a trainer who treats your horse like their own?

A trainer who keeps you informed with regular updates, celebrates your horse's progress with you, and goes the extra mile - whether that's hauling to lessons or shows, helping you set goals, or creating a training program tailored to both you and your horse.

That's the experience I strive to provide for every client.

My focus is on creating confident, willing, and well-rounded horses through correct, patient, and individualized training.

What I offer:
• Professional training rides/lessons 6 days a week
• Regular updates and communication throughout your horse’s training
• C**t Starting
• Foundation & Continuing Education
• Long-Term Training Plans
• Training Challenges
• Hauling to schooling shows and new environments for exposure and confidence building

Training available at two locations in Walnut Creek, CA, allowing me to match each horse with the environment that best fits their needs:
• Sunny Hill Farm — Full care facility, with two covered rings, one large outdoor, and paddocks for individual turnout.
• Walker Creek Ranch – 24/7 pasture turnout with trainer living on-site, direct access to miles of trails in the foothills of Mt. Diablo and opportunities for regular hauling to an arena.

I’d love to get a message from you and start getting to know your horse!

Late introduction, but excited to introduce Curly into the training program! 🤎

Curly is a 8yo OTTB gelding, just getting started retraining from off the track. Focusing on a lot of basic flatwork to start his education, with the hope of eventing in the future.

I have been working with Curly now a little over a month, and he’s already shown amazing improvement and I can’t wait to see how he develops. 🤎

Welcome Sunny! ☀️

Sunny is a 5 yo TB who came to me three weeks ago me as an event horse prospect to develop his foundation in dressage, and work through some hiccups in the canter.

Sunny has already shown great progress in those three weeks, and I can’t wait to share in an upcoming video!

Wilson, the 2yr old will be heading home at the end of this month.

Over his time here, he’s grown into a confident young horse with a solid foundation to build on. From just getting him to lead properly in the field, to his first ride after a month of groundwork, to being the highlight ride of my day, it’s bittersweet to see him go! From hauling 4 days a week to the arena, to the beach, and miles of trails, even to the Golden Gate Bridge lookout, it’s safe to say he’s seen a lot for his age.

Thank you to his owners for trusting me with his start! He’s a wonderful young horse.

Due to him going home, I have one more spot for training. Reach out and see if we are a good fit. 🙂
