DAY 5️⃣ — LOOK HOW FAR SHE’S COME!

Leela was a tough one. Her fear of the water ran deep, and this week definitely wasn’t easy—but she kept showing up, kept trying, and kept pushing past what she thought she could do.

And by Day 5… she did it. 💙

DAY 4️⃣ and Leela is doing things she never thought she could!

She’s still working through some of that fear, but look how far she’s come since Day 1. Every little win is building more confidence, and today she pushed herself further than ever before. 🏊‍♀️

There’s only ONE day left… 👀 Come back tomorrow to see how Leela finishes her 5-Day Clinic!

DAY 3️⃣ and we’re starting to see some progress!

Leela is getting a little more comfortable and showing us glimpses of confidence in the water—but there’s still some work to do.

We’re officially more than halfway through the clinic… and she’s not done yet. 🏊‍♀️

Come back tomorrow for Day 4. Things are starting to change! 👀

DAY 2️⃣ of Leela’s clinic… and today is a tough one. 💙

Leela is still really struggling with her fear of the water, but Coach Adam is staying patient and working through it with her one step at a time.

Progress doesn’t always happen overnight. Come back tomorrow for Day 3 to see if things start to turn around.

We’re going day by day through this clinic! 👀🏊‍♀️

Meet Leela! 💙 On Day 1, she came to Coach Adam super scared of the water, with one big goal: overcome that fear and learn to feel safe and confident in the pool.

This is only Day 1… come back tomorrow to see what Day 2 looks like!

Coach Adam works through the moment with his swimmer, then breaks down for another coach why she’s reacting the way she is, understanding the reason behind the fear changes the way you teach.

There’s always a “why.” 🏊
