🥋 Sparring Seminar – June 20, 2026

An incredible day of high-level training with the Olympic Head Coach and dedicated athletes from across the area. Students pushed their limits, sharpened their sparring skills, and gained valuable insight from one of the best in the sport.

Thank you to everyone who attended and brought their focus, effort, and determination. We’re excited to see the growth and confidence this experience brings to future training and competition.

Today’s Black Belt Testing was a great opportunity for our students to demonstrate the skills they have been developing through months of training. We were impressed by the focus, confidence, and determination shown on the floor. Congratulations to everyone who tested—we are proud of your performance and look forward to what comes next.

Everyone did a great job at Belt Testing today! 💪 Students showed strong focus, determination, and confidence as they demonstrated the skills they’ve been working on in class. 👏 We are proud of the effort and dedication each student brought to the mat. We all had a great time at this week’s breaking class 👊

Every student gave their best effort while working on different breaking techniques, and some students even earned medals for their performances 🏅 Great focus, strong breaks, and a lot of fun all around.
