Here's an effective calorie burning quick paced circuit that will help keep the extra pounds off from Thanksgiving dinner. Limit rest as much as possible. Technique and form is everything, even when your tired! Loads used in this workout should be 65% of 1RMs.

Here is an article explaining the three different bodytypes (Ectomorph, Mesomorph, and Endomorph). The author describes the differences between the three body types in nutrition and training. Although we are genetically predisposed towards one of the three bodytypes, these can be change through hard work, nutrition, and dedication!
