This program is built for members who are serious about stepping into the ring and developing as competitive boxers. Over 10 weeks, every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 PM you’ll train alongside dedicated teammates in a structured environment focused on skill development, conditioning, ring IQ, and accountability.

3 days of hard work, learning, and stepping outside the comfort zone. 🥊
We had an awesome time working with the students from this week at STC Boxing & Fitness. Throughout the program they learned the fundamentals of boxing — stance, footwork, punches, defense, conditioning, and teamwork.
What stood out most was the effort and willingness to challenge themselves. By the final day, several students even stepped into the ring for controlled sparring and partner drills, putting their skills, focus, and confidence to the test. 👊
Proud of the energy and growth this group showed all week long. Thank you Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School for trusting us with your students and allowing us to share the sport of boxing with them.
