🎃💚 HALLOWEEN FRIDAY CLUB FOR MIA! 💚🎃

Friday, October 30th at 6:15 PM, we’re bringing our Echo community together for a Halloween-themed workout to support a family close to our hearts.

If you’ve been around Echo, you’ve probably met Mia, the sweet little girl who’s always at the gym with her mom and dad, Kirsten and Ben!

On October 29th, Mia will undergo a liver transplant due to biliary atresia, with her dad, Ben, donating a portion of his liver. As they prepare for surgery and recovery, we want to show their family just how much support they have behind them. 💚

Here’s how you can help:
Donate: Mia’s fundraising Venmo (@ miathestrongest)
Give: Gift cards or gifts for Mia and her family
Show Up: 100% of drop-in fees will go directly to their family!

👻 Costumes encouraged! Everyone is welcome!

Introducing Marc Swierkowski!

Marc is the perfect example of how consistency pays off. You can find him at our 8am class 6 days per week. He brings a calm and steady presence through the door but an impressive drive and intensity to his workouts. We’re lucky to have him as part of our Echo family. 💪🏽

Huge congratulations to Echo member Sara Stone and Team United By The Ocean on winning The Ocean Race Atlantic, racing from New York to France!

After 8 days at sea, they crossed the finish line just minutes ahead to take the win. An incredible display of endurance, toughness, and determination.

We couldn’t be happier for you, Sara. Huge congrats again from your Echo fam! 💙

August Committed Club!

Another month in the books and another group of athletes proving that consistency pays off.

Shoutout to everyone who hit 12+ classes in August and earned their spot in the Committed Club. Every class, every workout, every time you chose to show up—it all adds up.

And of course, some extra recognition for our 20+ Club members who really put in the work this month!

Labor Day Weekend Schedule

We’ll be running our normal Sunday schedule, followed by a limited schedule on Labor Day.

Sunday 9/6
Aerobic Capacity — 8:00 AM
Functional Fitness — 9:30 AM

Monday 9/7
Functional Fitness — 8:00 AM & 9:15 AM

Regular class schedule resumes Tuesday, 9/8.

We are wishing a belated congratulations to Coach and Co-Owner, Ben Tomkins, and his wife, Tara Tomkins, on the arrival of their sweet baby girl, Addison James! We know she’ll be tossing around barbells in no time. 💪🏽🎀
