Family owned and operated full service marina. The marina is located approximately a ¼ mile up Waretown Creek.

Long Key is a deep-water marina, located in Waretown, New Jersey, on the mainland side of Barnegat Bay, directly west of Barnegat Light. The marina has easy access to the bay with a short, 4-mile cruise out of the Oyster Creek Channel to Barnegat Light to access the ocean. Long Key has 142 slips to accommodate boats from 16’ to 45’. During the fishing season, the marina is open 7 days a week. Our fuel dock serves both Valvtech gas and diesel marine fuel. The ships store carries a wide variety of parts and accessories, along with bait and tackle. In the fall of 2004, Long Key Marina, was purchased by the Spadafora family. Since then, the marina has seen many upgrades and improvements. The Spadaforas are dedicated to the boating and fishing community. The marina is a proud member of the Marine Trades Association of New Jersey and is also a Certified New Jersey Clean Marina.

December 5th is the LAST day to get your boat hauled out for service for the 2026 season. Call the office 609-693-9444 or email [email protected] to schedule your boat winterization and haul out. Appointments are limited and filling quickly. Avoid the cold weather issues and schedule now.

Nor'Easter Update Wed Sept. 23 9:45am
Just the Facts...

We've got a MID-GRADE coastal storm on the way for this weekend. Impacts have already started and will continue through late in the day on Sunday.

There's a BLOCKING HIGH to the north which will likely prevent the storm from being a quick-moving progressive storm that's in and out. This allows SEVERAL rounds of tidal flooding for the coast. Some of those rounds will probably get into moderate threshold.

If you're east of the parkway we are going to see sustained winds through the weekend 20-25mph out of the ENE. Gusts 40mph+.

RAIN is limited. Some spotty showers possible but anything organized holds off until the weekend. When this weekend? That's in flux. Fully tied to the track....at the MOMENT I'd say Saturday has slightly better odds of staying dry.

So....wind, flooding...moderate impact to the shore towns...not really much on the mainland unless it were to swerve 100 miles west.

We will keep an eye on it!

There is a Nor'easter brewing off the coast this week and weekend. We DO NOT KNOW what the actual impact for us will be at this time. It is too early in the week to figure out the full impact. Important things to know about this storm; 1: Strong coastal winds leading to flooding and erosion in areas, 2: Will have characteristics of a tropical storm, 3: Rain fall will continue and 4: Harvest Full Moon will be here Saturday September 26th.
