Good Morning Knucks Fam!! I hope everyone enjoyed the camp yesterday and many many thanks to those of you who helped organize that and make it happen!

I understand that no one can post or share things to this page and we want everyone to have that ability so I will be working on this page or may even have to create an entirely new profile to be able to allow that kind of access. I gotta figure it out! I will keep you all updated!

Here’s an idea of what Coach Mark Taylor’s speed/agility training looks like. Several drills that teach the mechanics of running and helping athletes understand where their power comes from, speed drills running a 10 & 40 yard sprint, agility ladder and hurdles.

He took it easy on them and didn’t make them get in the sand pit!

Sundays at 3pm, CFCA, $20/athlete. Session runs about 75 minutes and you can’t beat the price anywhere else. If you stay consistent with his sessions, you will see a difference. Guaranteed.

Parents, D-Bat offers several camps/mini-camps throughout the year to help keep your player active and developing/sharpening their skills.

If you have attended a camp here before there is a code for 10% off or if you are already a member there is a different discount for members.

Reminder: Speed/Agility training with Coach Mark Taylor, today at 3. Coach Taylor has a LONG resume of working with numerous athletes and draft picks.

I recommend wearing your cleats or turf shoes.
