One of the most underrated aspects of fitness is HYDRATION. Diet, workouts and sleep are equally important but without proper hydration you are not going to have an adequate workout and your performance will most likely suffer. Make sure that you are drinking AT LEAST 1 to 2 gallons a day! Recommended water intake for men is about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) a day and for women is about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) a day.
