First ask your self this question! What I am I looking for do I want a belt, that I can hang up on my wall. Do I want to be a MMA star, if so this is the wrong place to be. First off getting a belt will not at all help you in a fight. And you better have plenty of time & money to try to become a MMA star. But if you are looking for effectiveness. We train real world self defense here, not make believe bull. AFS has different training programs to fit every person's needs. At the same time you will get into great shape and have lots of fun doing it. But best of all you will learn how to fight or should I say protect your self.
