💗 A Little Dance Update from IronWheel Fitness💗

We wanted to let our dance families know that there will not be a Fall/Winter Dance session at IronWheel Fitness this year for a very exciting reason! 🍼✨

Our wonderful instructor, Emily Krueger, will be welcoming a new baby in November! We are so excited for Emily and her growing family and wish them all the best during this special time. 💕

For dancers who would like to continue dancing this fall and winter, The Dance Conservatory in Grand Forks has graciously offered to welcome any of our dancers who would like to join their program. 🩰 https://www.facebook.com/danceconservatorygf

🏔️ Hydration at New Heights! 💧🥤

Our very own fitness instructor, Mallory Craik, is spending the week in the Rockies with her youth group, making memories one mountain at a time! ❤️

Whether you’re hiking mountain trails or tackling a workout at IronWheel Fitness, staying hydrated is one of the most important things you can do. Higher elevations, warm temperatures, and physical activity can all increase your body’s need for water.

We’re loving that these IronWheel Fitness tumblers made the trip! 🙌 They kept everyone hydrated while taking in some incredible views.
