Ready for the weather cool down. Was ready in February for some 40 degree weather.
And then back to reloadinor the 338/06, along with 338 RCM, 338 FEDERAL, 338 WINCHECTER MAGNUM.

A 338/06 in a R***R M77 TANG SAFETY, mounted a Vortex Razor HD LHT 3X15-42mm.

My kill February 12 2026 The 8 mo old pups (Chevy n Bandit) bay this pig on their own.
Finished cut meat 100 lbs.
A pig is a BIG WASTE. LESS head, skin, guts, bone is 50/60% waste.
Wish I had a big tub to boil water and scrap the hid.
If you notice the air hose is use to separate the hide from the pig.
A small cut on the opposite end and air blown into under the hide; till it leaked out at the bullet wound.
Lot less cutting and blade work.

Estimated about 400 lbs. He was cut as a piglet about 10 years ago; I trap several litter of pig back then and cut all of the boars and marked them.
My SNL took one back in November 2025 wasn't able to get a 4 wheeler to.
Took 5 hours to cut it down to manageable size and walk it out to the 4 wheeler.

Put on a nice show.
