Big SHOUT-OUT to Landan Nau for helping me get this done. Landan was coming in over night painting from 8pm to 2am some nights. Then I'd start 9am to 2/3pm. Without Landan we couldn't of gotten this done. This took us 2 weeks and now for a break. Thanks Brother

ARE YOU READY!!
We are Done..Exactly 14 days to transform the gym. was working the night shift from 8pm till 1am/2am at time. I was working the paint from 9am to 3pm. Big Thanks to Landan for putting in the hrs and dealing with my attention to details..lol! We still have the lobby to do on a few weeks but we want to wait till the inventory in the gym goes down. Hint hint! We have a bunch of NEW apparel in stock. Medium -2xl shirts, hoodies, muscle tanks and females tanks should arrive this week.
This was one hell of a task to get done. Thanks for everyone dealing with us while you were in.

We're just about Done...The Newly Revamped LEGENDS GYM. I've spent the last 2 weeks painting the gym. Getting rid of the 2 different Greys and white paint. Myself and an employee have been at it day and night since Sept 27th. Got some final coats to do tomorrow on 2 red walls then some touchups. Painting aint no joke

I hope all the gym members love this.

Today a gym member did say this and totally made sense.

"Felt like LEGENDS GYM was in someone else's gym."

Our building has been a gym since 1987..many different names and colors. Greys, white even purple when it was an ANYTIME GYM. We renamed it, rebranded it. But we didn't change the paint to our colors. RED N BLACK! there were red walls in the gym and red black equipment. Now it will be fully LEGENDS GYM with no remaining colors for the past 39yrs.

Painting and designing have come together. Stop by the lobby and pick yours up. Also, don't forget..you spend $50 and receive a raffle ticket for our Monthly GIVE-A-WHEY from 1st Phorm product.

Big Thanks to Mark A. Duckworth for spending hrs making this EPIC sign for us. I recently purchased nearly 1k pounds in iron plates and then some extra attachments. Mark has been the Mentor, Leader, backbone and LEGEND of the powerlifting community in our area. Putting on meets all across the midwest and coaching. Out of the Blue he messaged that he made something for us to display and is it Badass. He welded the frame, hand made and welded the letters and branded them into the wood. He came by today while I was painting to drop it off.

I couldn't wait and got it hung up and secured. Its Pure metal and wood.

Big Thanks Sir! It will be Proudly displayed forever in LEGENDS!

Little Update a

As many of you know we've been doing some remodeling. Landan Nau has been Leading the whey at night painting. From 8pm to 2am he's getting a section started. I come in the next day and finish what's left. We've painted the sink and miscellaneous equipment area. 2 bathrooms and will starr/finish the last bathroom tomorrow( Friday). We've changed all mirrors, light fixtures and new exhaust fans with LED lights. Once the bathrooms are done, we will be tackling the rest of the gym. All walls that are white and Grey will be black and red. Walls running the length of the gym will be black and walls running the width of the gym will he Red. It's been a busy year with lots of changes and making it better for y'all.

Thank you all for the support and motivation.

Hope yall are loving the upgrades.

Make sure yall give Landan some Love

LEGENDS GLOBAL!! 🌎
Reflecting on the gym party this weekend and being so Thankful! One of the coolest parts is our members Representing us across the Globe. From Dubai, Jordan, Japan, England, Athens Greece, loading Bombs on the B2 across the pond
and so many more places. Even members from across the US running into eachother in random locations. It's so cool to see and them showing the love from afar.

About a month ago a prior member messaged us saying she saw someone with our hoodies at the base gym in Japan. Iwas like no way. So I messaged who I thought it was and yup. They put in an order for the new swag and we got them shipped out with some 1stPhorm goodies.

We are BLESSED!
