Down 10 pounds!!👏👏Finally something that is actually working! The peri menopausal weight gain is no joke! 😩The food noise is gone which is helping me to make healthy choices. 👍

6 hours of driving, 5 hours at the field, got to see my boy through the net and got to hug him right before he got back on the bus! Long day but My heart is happy!! ❤️⚾️👏
