This morning during my run, I was thinking about how motivated and determined I feel to go after my goal…not just to complete it but excel!
I cant articulate this well, I don’t think…how much I can feel God’s direction and strength and favor in this. And also the hindsight to see just why I needed some years off after my last attempt.
I know going forward, this is going to take sacrifice (certain foods that don’t fuel my body/drinks, extra recovery stretch/rolling, sleep/destressing, hours and months of work/training runs, financial towards shoes/trainer/watch/nutrition)…
