Wowzers! Tuesday, I ate normal but added in some carbs…nowhere near where my carb loading count should be! So today, Im actually TRYING to eat all the carbs (low fiber) & Im still nowhere close! Lol 😝 oye! This is gonna have to do. Tomorrow I shall add in a potato or rice somewhere? (Aim is 400!)
