Hello Fitness Fans!
Notice!! Unfortunately, Monday, March 21st Aqua Class 9am is cancelled. Please pass this notice around to those you know. I have a doctor's appointment with a specialist ENT for my ongoing sinus-ear infection, and I had to take the coming Monday cancellation appt., or not get to see doctor until middle of April! So apologies for this and short notice. I'll make it up to you on Tuesday!
I WILL be there Monday, March 21st NOON for ARORA Strength!!
This standing strength class is easier to do than you think, using 1lb, or 3lbs., or (your choice) 5lbs light dumbells, bands, light weight medicine balls, standing holding a ballet barre strength work, and chair accessibility whenever you need. I guide you through basic, functional training exercises that will help you perform every life movements better. Learn Fall Prevention techniques- how not to fall, how to fall better without serious injury, and techniques to teach you ways to get up off the floor at any age!
Also, I started teaching ARORA Pilates on Fridays 10:30am-11:15am. right after aqua. It was a great first- time turnout with over 20 people!! Thank you to all who came to try the fun ARORA gentle Pilates to make their bodies stronger, leaner, more pain free, and much more flexible. Hope to see more of you next week!
