Legs/Back/Chest

Hereโ€™s a great way to workout while on vacation if youโ€™re looking to keep lifting but shorten your workouts.

I had so many excursions and plans that I wanted to shorten & condense a couple of my workouts.

I combined Legs, Back, and Chest on the same day.

Unpopular Opinion: Vacation is a great time to get exercise in because you have time!!!

I train to be able to do any fitness activity that I want to do. Functional Fitness is a training goal and can be applied to every day life. Weightlifting has given me both physical & mental strength, which has made me fearless and extremely resilient.

I hope to inspire even one person to conquer a fear. Your body and mind are capable of more than you realize!

๐Ÿ”น6 Month Progress: Talk about transformation from both the inside & out!! This was a phenomenal type of transformation- one to:
-decrease internal inflammation/pain
-gain muscle mass
-recover from a hamstring injury
-improve mobility & flexibility

All goals have been accomplished and we are continuing forward ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

๐Ÿ”น Kerri was very open to hearing about my nutrition thoughts with autoimmune disease & inflammatory foods. We slowly eliminated foods to find the culprit. We had many functional labs completed. She trusted her trainer/coach and she trusted this process. She also worked closely with a functional health doctor.

๐Ÿ”น Kerri strength trains with me 1 x per week. She does 3 additional strength training sessions on her own at her home gym.

She is consistent with both her nutrition and workout programs.

๐Ÿ”นWe track her progress with the InBody Scan, tape measurements, and photos

๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ”นIn the last 6 months she has:
Lost ~ 3 lbs of body fat
(Body Fat Percentage is at an athlete level! )
Lost visceral fat!

Lost 2 inches from abdomen
Lost 1 inch from hips
Gained 1 inch glutes
