HELP WANTED!
We are looking for Sales associates/counter persons full or part time to start ASAP Store Hours are 11am-6pm. Must be a certified diver and be somewhat knowledgable regarding various scuba gear. You don’t have to know how to service it just what it is and its functions. We will train you if necessary but you must be a diver. Must be able to carry cylinders and be computer literate and have a social personality. Retirees welcome. Contact me (Red) @ 401 732 8808. Start @ $18.00 per hour and get raises as your skills develop.

To sleep inside wrecks like the U-boat or Sleeper.
My speargun all lonely hanging up on the rack;
Reminiscing familiar sounds of that THWACK!
Lobsters have moved to escape winters wrath:
To wait for next spring and that final hot bath.
Me with my drysuit ,and tech gear and mask;
Don't be a cold winter....That's all that I ask.

Giant Strides ANNUAL "BLUE LIP DIP" 1/1/26@ 11am
WE WILL BE DOING OUR ANNUAL "BLUE LIP DIP" Meeting at 11am at Fort Wetherill (otherwise known as a frozen fin dive by Seeconn Dive Club and hundreds of other dive clubs) Bring your choice of beverage and if you like bring a suitable munchie dish. Some of us will be diving and some will just hang out and celebrate the first day of the year. In case of inclement weather we will head to the Narragansett Cafe AKA "The Ganny" Please reply if you plan on going.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico 11/27/25
This is where our Mexican migration began with landing in Cabo and taking a shuttle to Solmar Resort, a smaller version of the Regency where we stayed in 2022 but very nice and easier to get around. The food was great especially the Ceviche’!
#2562 Pelican Rock 11/28/25
This site wasn’t especially mind blowing but a nice dive just the same to get the cobwebs out of my divers. The morning group was split into 2 groups of 5…diving with Gaba was Jon, Molly, Anna, Cheryl and I. Juan lead Ross, Matt, Kirsten, Judy and Kevin so we weren’t all crowded and doing Kung Fu diving. We saw 1 Big Sea Lion with a (Shark bite or propeller strike) taken out of its back 3/4 of the way from its head. I saw a Lesser Electric Ray and lots of colorful schooling Tropicals and much to Annas delight Hundreds of Burrfish and Porcupine fish. Max depth of 67 ft for 43 minutes in 73 degree water with 30’ viz…..

The Famous Lands End with its amazing rock formations and iconic Archway hosts a Sea Lion Colony of large very active animals. We saw a courtship display between 3 of these amorous love puppies. Mobula, Cow Nosed, and Spotted Eagle Rays Cruised by us after the mind blowing Sea Lion show. Max depth of 63 ft for 49 minutes in 73 degree water with 40-80-’ viz…..

SOCORRO, MEXICO LIVEABOARD ON THE EXPLORER VENTURE BELLE AMIE 11/30/25
This Liveaboard is cosmetically named Bell Amie but is registered as “Where’s John” She is has a length of 137 feet and a 37 foot beam with a gross tonnage of 496 tons. She is Nautilus Explorers newest addition to their fleet. In 2022 we were on the Nautilus Explorer which is smaller but still a sweet Liveaboard. Joining us on this awesome adventure was Ross, Cheryl, Kristen, Tom H, Jennifer, Kerri, Becky, Matt, Jim, Kevin, Judy, Steve, Amanda, Stuart, Anna, Stephanie, Peter, Kim, Kirstin and of course me! This was a really wonderful group of my friends who now are friends with each other. Most of us started off with a dive at Pelican Rock followed by a great Sealion dive. I’ll let the pictures and videos speak for themselves……enjoy!
