This private studio is a 1,700 sq.ft facility that is geared towards one thing RESULTS!
We want to help get people stronger, more mobile and pain free using tools like the FMS(Functional Movement Screen), ViPR, Kettlebells, TRX, Barbells, Bodyweight and more.. We practice movement skills to achieve specific goals, not random workouts. This month we’re celebrating 8 YEARS IN BUSINESS! Wow, where did the time go?!
Thank you to everyone who has supported us and sweat with us over the years! We truly appreciate you and the community we have built up🎉🎉

Until then, we’re inviting folks to take advantage of a free pass we’re gifting our community for the month of May to get 8 straight days of free group fitness classes!
We have strength and conditioning classes at 6am and 5:30pm M-F! Just show up 10 minutes before one of these classes and we’ll start your pass for you🏋🏻♀️

Here is a simple stretch that can help with tight lower back and shoulders. This half kneeing hip flexsor stretch is my go to with all my clients who are tight in these areas.

LIFT And SHIFT? Most of the time in the gym we lift nearly maximal loads, where our muscles are short and the load is near our midline. The feet are in a static or neutral stance, primarily focuses on muscle based, the load is moved in the up and down postion, and is mostly compression based…..
LIFT AND SHIFT is where the is submaximal, the foot position is odd or dynamic based, instead of compression it is tension based, task specific, lots of motor learning, whole body intergration, and reactive based training…
