To say this was fun and and amazing experience is an understatement! This was an incredible race and I am hooked! Completing a was on my bucket list and was part of my New Years goals for 2021! ✅ this one off the list!

What limits you? What stops you? What is holding you back in life, your journey, your goals?

Why are you not where you want to be? If you are, FANTASTIC! KEEP GOING!

Fitness is a mindset. You must guide yourself on a path. You must have a goal in mind. Without a goal, you will never get where you want to be.

You are only limited by your soul, and your soul has no limit. You are ENDLESS. Your mind is ENDLESS. Your desire is ENDLESS. Your passion must be ENDLESS.

Set goals. Track goals. Beat goals.

You are not limited!

Set your intentions. What is important to you? How badly do you want to have a good day? Do you want to have a GREAT day?

You decide how you plan your day. Decide what you want to do.

Pick one intention and better your day today than yesterday. Yesterday is the past, today is the present. Today is a new day.

You are always 1 day away from getting back on track. Do not wait till tomorrow, next Monday, next month, next year.

Today is YOUR day.

Make it a GREAT day- the choice is ALWAYS yours!

You are who you surround yourself with. You are who you hang out with. Think about this for a moment.

Your family, children, friends, ect define who you are. Your social life is where you are now. They define where you are going.

Do you want to grow in your life? Do you want to change your career? Your health?

Who you surround yourself with will make an impact on your current life.

Want to change yourself? Want to grow in your health? Fitness? Nutrition? Surround yourself with those in the same mindset, and you will NATURALLY see yourself grow and change with them. You will succeed far more than those who do not support your own ambitions and goals!

Stop. Slow down. Take your time. Life is not a rat race. Life is not a competition. Observe your breath.

As much as we go, go, go in this day and age- it is even more important to slow down. Give yourself peace, grace and mindfulness all to yourself.

If we always push ourselves to the limits and go as hard and quickly as we can, or to beat person next to us, failure will occur. You will not succeed.

Stop. Slow down. Take your time.

Your rest day, recovery day, stretch day- however you like to call it- MAKE IT A HABIT!! Make it a non-negotiable in your life. Practice this!

Maybe you schedule a rest day 1 or 2 times a week. Maybe you focus on mindfulness and meditation for 5 or 10 minutes a day. Add that extra stretching in to your practice. Maybe you vow to spend a little more time with your family.

Whatever YOU choose- choose it and relax! The benefits of relaxation and recovery are just as important to the actual workout and nutrition itself.
