Come out THIS Wednesday (10/7/26) to Johnny Pistolas for Star Wars trivia benefiting a great cause!

On November 1st I will be running the New York City Marathon with Pencils of Promise. Pencils of Promise is an organization dedicated to bringing quality education to the countries of Ghana, Guatemala, and Laos. Johnny Pistolas has graciously agreed to donate 10% of the nights food and drink purchases to my fundraiser!

Whether you think you know everything about Star Wars or if you're just a casual fan, this night is for you. Have fun, get competitive, and raise money for a wonderful organization!

📕 Yesterday I had the opportunity to set up outside of The Company of Books in Del Ray! I got to talk with SO many people and educate them on the work that Pencils of Promise does!

💲💲💲Del Ray really showed up. In just a few hours the community came together and raised $255 for Pencils of Promise!!!!!! That means that 300 kids will be supplied with Social Emotional Learning kits! Isn’t that AMAZING?!

✏️ There’s still time to donate at the link below to make even more of an impact

I had the most amazing time sharing my running story on The Runners Roundtable!! I’ve never fully sat down and thought about where I came from and how I got to where I am now in my running journey. Thinking back to a few years ago, I would have never imagined I’d be a few months out from my first marathon today. There have been so many highs and lows since I started running in 2023. Take a listen to my story on Spotify or Apple!

🏃🏻‍♀️ At this point you all know I'm running the NYC Marathon BUT did you know you can be part of it too? The best part? You can join from anywhere, even your couch! 🛋️

“How?” you ask…for a $5 donation you can use the Rally app to record a short voice message that I'll hear at whichever mile you choose. Your encouragement will be exactly what I need to get me to the finish line! 🗣️

Every message also helps me get closer to my fundraising goal for Pencils of Promise, supporting education for children around the world. ✏️

So whether you want to cheer me on at mile 4, make me laugh at mile 12, drop a fun fact at mile 20, or give me a pep talk at mile 25 - I’d be so grateful to have you with me during the race!! Send me a message to let me know you’ve donated and I’ll send you the Rally link to record your message (I won’t be able to hear it until race day so it’ll be a fun surprise)! ✉️

Donations can be made via Venmo () or through my fundraising link: https://fundraise.givesmart.com/vf/26NYC/EricaCallahan
