I know it is super tempting to compare yourself to someone else or look at your journey next to theirs and think, well why is this working for them and not me. Trust me, I am working on eliminating the 10 pounds I picked up over the last year, partly from playing too much when I turned 50 and partly from being down following the knee re-replacement and it is easy to fall into the comparison game. But the truth is ... You were made to be YOU!
Love yourself where you are at all points along the journey. Give yourself grace, you will get to the point you want to be by following your own path. You've got this!

Another Monday has rolled around and that means it's time for some encouragement from your purveyor of positivity ... yeah, me 🙃
Remember that when you go after something new or start to get back into something you were doing and stopped for a while, there will always be a period of uncomfortableness or maybe even awkwardness (have you seen some of my REELS 😉😁🤣). That just means that you are growing ... just like when you were a kid and had growing pains or sore muscles after a workout.
Don't let that discomfort discourage you ... keep trying new things, keep growing!
