A beautiful combination of pain and questionable decision-making:
• 10k erg
• 10k run
• 30 stairs and yes, we mean THE Exorcist Steps… up AND down. Pray for your quads.

Every ounce of sweat, suffering, and friendly trash-talk helps fuel something bigger:
💛 All proceeds benefit us, Unity Boat Club, supporting youth, veterans, adaptive athletes, and the next generation of rowers.

The deer showed up out of nowehere

"Max had a birthday workout today with a few of his Unity Boat Club Adaptive teammates and some of the CrossFit Adaptation athletes! Mom & Dad were leading the "suprise cupcakes plan" and it was a success! He was SO EXCITED to be at one of his favorite "safe spaces" and we are so grateful for CrossFit Adaptation's commitment to our Unity Programs for over 10 years now!

Unity Boat Club made waves at the Head of the Charles Regatta, the biggest regatta in the world 🌎🚣‍♂️

We proudly competed in three events:
• Men’s Championship Double
• 2 Inclusion Doubles
• Inclusion Four

On Saturday, Unity swept the para events, bringing home Gold in both the Inclusion Double and the Inclusion Four 🥇🥇
