Things are looking good for the Washington Bulldawgs Pro Developmental Football Team as they prepare for their return to the Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL) for 2025 Summer Season. TE/WR Antwan Jones just assured his return and commitment to the organization and we’re looking forward to bigger and better things during this upcoming season!

Sammy has been with us since our bowl win in ‘19 , making plays all season long and also being the league leading receiver in TD’s ,and also league leader in points scored.
All pro season #3 , also being top 3 in receiving each year in the GDFL quite an accomplishment. Sammy is being nominated for OPOTY / MVP this season in the GDFL.

The Washington Bulldawgs Pro Developmental Football Team is excited to announce that the organization will be returning to the Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL) for the 2025 Summer Season! Owner/HC Reginald D White had this to say “ Although year two wasn’t as successful as we had planned we are back for season 3 and you know what they say….a 3rd time is a charm! We are definitely here for the long haul and are excited about building a very strong and successful brand within the DMV community!”
To add to that excitement starting QB, Lafayette Tyger will also return.
“Our starting quarterback is back, and we're excited to have him leading the team again. His experience, leadership, and talent are crucial to our success, and we're confident he'll drive us forward as we aim to achieve our goals this season. The team is ready, and with him at the helm, we'll be stronger than ever."

GDFL Unveils Logo For 2024 National Championship Game!
With just under 95 days until a champion is crowned, the GDFL has unveiled the logo for its Gridiron Bowl national championship game.
The championship trophy is at the forefront of the logo. It features a silver football on top of a vertical stand that uses the same star pattern as the league’s logo – with stars on the upper half and stripes on the lower half highlighting the event location.
The rest of the logo is pretty much self-explanatory, with “2024” highlighted in crimson red and trimmed in navy blue. While Championship is shadowed in chrome which is the center piece of the logo and Finally the GDFL logo is displayed at the base of the logo badge.
The top teams in the Impact Conference and Xtreme Conference will play against each other on August 31,2024 on Labor Day weekend in Racine, Wisconsin for the right to be called the 2024 National Champions!
