Week 6 of 6 — THE FINAL WEEK 🌴✈️ 🇺🇸 Competition prep: nearly complete!

✔️ ~6 lbs down total — right on target at ~1 lb per week
📉 Rate of descent exactly as planned
⏳ Still expecting another 2–3 lbs to peel off once I’m in Bali

This week was about a slight carb-up — not chaos, not a binge — but intentional fuel to fill out flat muscle and bring fullness back where it counts. Leaner and tighter, without losing the shape we built. That’s the art part.

And to those reading here you go!
-Plain Greek yogurt
-1/4 cup Splenda
-Vanilla extract
-Topped with cereal (any kind will do)

High-protein. High-carb. High-cravings to satisfy lol
Yogurt + cereal is genuinely what I looked forward to at the end each day this week 😂

Prep isn’t about suffering — it’s about strategy, patience, and trusting the process when it’s boring. Final HIIT cardio sessions hit hard 🔥 but the Bali excitement got me through!

🎥 Breakfast also included a protein shake, fruit, and egg, and toast… I’m kind of a creature of habit when it comes to my meals…for me if it’s not broke don’t fix it with extra stress especially during a cut haha

Banded Exercise: 180 turns with arms fully extended > this one really helps my shoulder mobility. I do this before any push or pull day religiously👌🏼
