Another clinic day in the books! 🔧
Becca was able to practice bottle handoffs and had a great time learning some of the other skills needed for a safe feed zone experience. Thanks to Devin for the video grab 🤳🏼

• Slow down! But don’t come to a complete stop
• Make eye contact with the volunteer you’re going to take water from
• Use your whole voice and communicate what you need
• Keep eyes up the road after taking the bottle

What other tips do you have for taking bottles in a triathlon or bike race?

🏊🏻‍♀️➡️🚴🏻‍♀️➡️🏃🏻‍♀️

Today we were able to walk (and run) through both clean and dirty transitions before most athletes are slated to race this season. Getting to practice this skill is so valuable and can sometimes be the difference between getting a podium spot or not!
