Sound baths: no water required. 🤭

For this edition of The Lowdown: Stuff Worth Knowing, we’re breaking down what a sound bath actually is, the science behind it, what you might experience, and the different tools and instruments that create all the sound.

And yes, there can be many more instruments involved than the ones pictured here. Singing bowls, mallets, gongs, chimes, drums, harmoniums, and other instruments can all make their way into a sound bath depending on the practitioner and experience.

Curious what it feels like for yourself? Kelly is leading a sound bath tonight, Sept. 3 at 7:30pm, and there are still a few spots left!

Come get comfortable, slow down, tune in, and see what you notice.

In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, Slow Flow offers something different.

A little more time to breathe.
A little more time to align.
A little more time to notice what your body is trying to tell you.

This intentionally paced class blends movement, strength, and mindfulness without rushing from one pose to the next. Longer holds and deliberate transitions invite you to feel the poses, check in with your alignment, and connect more deeply to your breath.

It’s not about doing less, it’s about experiencing more.
