KAAOS Training is for…
People 50+ who refuse to accept decline
Former athletes who want real strength back
Drug-free lifters tired of influencer nonsense
People who want health + power, not just aesthetics Carroll, Sr and I have 25 years of experience in the health and fitness field. As a lifelong athlete, I chose to turn my passion for exercise and fitness into a profession. As a former fitness
instructor and personal trainer at the Washington Sports Club, I began teaching exercise classes and providing personal training sessions. I expanded my knowledge and experience by providing these services at a wide variety of corporate and government facilities. These sites include the British Embassy, the Organization of American States, Run-N-Shoot Athletic Center, Total Fitness for Women, Government Services Administration, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, World Gym of La Plata, Inter-Development American Bank, U.S. Department of Education, and Lloyd Irvin’s Martial Art Academy. Through my work at these facilities, I have provided fitness instructions and services to individuals with a broad range of needs and fitness levels. I frequently change the content and focus of my exercise classes to meet the continually changing needs of the participants and to ensure that their goals are being met. In addition to being certified in Turbo Kick Kickboxing, Spinning and Resist-A-Ball, I teach classes such as Sports Conditioning, BOSU, Power Pump, Jump Rope, Body Dome, and Boot Camps. Using the experience and knowledge I have gained, I also create my own style of classes such as Warrior Series, Boxer Boot Camp, Triple Kick, RAMB – Ropes Abs, Medicine Ball, and Body Moves which combine basic exercise principles with my unique brand of training to create intense classes that leave participants clamoring for more. I also provide personal training and nutrition services. I conduct both individual and group training sessions, and I have trained all fitness levels from beginners to tri-athletes. My programs are designed to meet individual needs and goals. My programs have assisted clients with weight loss, muscle conditioning, and toning. My more athletic training includes football players, martial artists, marathoners and tri-athletes. I have even tailored my training to meet the unique needs of women during pregnancy. To the delight of my clients, I recently added hiking to my training programs. With my extensive background, I am able to design a program to meet any fitness need. In addition to my professional accomplishments, I have won numerous awards as a State, Regional, National and World power-lifter. My passion and dedication to fitness, and focus on individual needs has created extreme loyalty among my clients and class participants.

I'm a powerlifter through and through but... Powerlifting makes you strong in 3 lifts.
Strongman makes you strong in real life.
Picking objects off the ground ✔️
Carrying weight over distance ✔️
Lifting awkward, uneven loads ✔️
Enduring fatigue while staying powerful ✔️
That’s why strongman athletes are often called the “strongest men on earth.”

💥 FOR 40+ / 50+
Most people your age...well our age (LOL)
They train too soft (no progress)
The truth:
👉 You should train like you’re preparing for something…
👉 But only compete when it makes sense
That’s how you: Stay strong, Stay healthy, Stay dangerous for decades

Most people see Doctors as trusted experts and personal trainers as “optional” in their mind. They believe medicine is necessary, training is extra

WORKING OUT (General Training)
Results:
Improved health
Better body composition
Increased energy
Longevity (especially important for 40+ and 50+)
This is where most people should live long-term—especially if they’re not chasing a specific competitive goal.
COMPETITION (Performance-Based Training)
Results:
Peak strength or performance at a specific time
Measurable outcomes (PRs, medals, rankings)
Higher risk (injury, burnout if not managed properly)
This is where you visit, not where you live year-round—especially over 50.

People choose medicine over getting fit because medicine feels easier, faster, and more certain—even when it’s not the better long-term solution.

Many parents see sports as:
*A college ticket
*A financial opportunity
*A path to something bigger
So they think more tournaments = more visibility.
What they don’t always realize:
College coaches recruit athletes who are skilled, strong, durable, and coachable — not just overplayed.

Parents hear about young athletes:
“If they’re not training, someone else is.”
“College coaches want year-round athletes.”
“Exposure is everything.”
So rest feels like regression. But development doesn’t happen only through games — it happens through structured training and recovery.

PRESSURE is what separate someone who workout and someone who competes!
Don't let social media let you think everyone is the same.

Year-round competition often leads to:
❌ Overuse injuries
❌ Burnout at 15–17
❌ Plateaued performance
❌ Short-term trophies, long-term decline
The best athletes aren’t just playing more… They’re training smarter.

If there’s no off-season for young athletes, when do they:
• Fix weaknesses?
• Build real strength?
• Improve speed and mobility?
• Heal nagging injuries?
• Develop proper nutrition habits?
• Mentally reset?
You can’t build a stronger engine while flooring the gas pedal all year.
