The Secretary of Defense issued guidance to raise the HPCON level to Charlie at all DoD installations globally to ensure the wellness of our service members, civilians, contractors, and families, while also safeguarding our national mission capabilities.

In compliance with the SECDEF's order, Commandant Naval District Washington has directed all installations within the region to elevate current Health Protection Condition to Charlie.

NDW installations include Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Naval Support Activity Bethesda, Naval Support Activity Washington, Naval Support Activity South Potomac, Naval Support Activity Annapolis
