Happy Thanksgiving to you & yours from the Tidal EPC team!
We are sincerely grateful for all of your continued support through these uncertain times. Although this year is much different than we're used too, we're moving forward (to the dinner table) with a positive mind, grateful attitude and rumbling belly.
Also, don't forget to sign up for open gym/Classes to work off all the delicious food and deserts we're going to be eating for the next 7 days!🤣🦃

A little sneak peak of what we’re going to talk about tomorrow for !
When putting exercises together to work on our lower body, most people almost never think to train their hip flexors which can have negative effects on our bodies such as injury, perceived "muscle imbalances", and poor performance. If you have poor joint mobility, performing any compound movement that requires contractions between joints is going to be that much harder.
What are the muscles that flex the hip?
(1) Psoas (2) Iliacus (4) Re**us Femoris (5) TFL (6) Pectineus (9) Glute Minimus/Medius anterior
