Happy Wednesday Everyone! The next time you come in to the fitness center, check out our Fitness on Demand service in the group exercise room. There's a wide range of workouts to choose from including HIIT, Yoga, Cycling, Strength Training, and more! Once you choose your workout it will project on the screen and a virtual trainer will take you through the workout. This will be available for you to use 24/7. Try it out whenever you get the chance!
