Thanks to Ms. Noor, Ms. Jenna and assistant instructor Ayden for showing some ladies self defense techniques to work on. Striking with a weapon is not an intuitive thing but if you can have a tool in hand and know how to strike hard, it can be quite a deterrent! Stay grounded, use hips, full swings that follow through, shoulder load, strong grip and Force = Mass of weapon x Acceleration - Master Low
