I started manifesting things as a child.
I likely was as young as four.
Of course I didn't realize it at the time. As an adult now, at times I wonder where I would be if my future self could have just whisper in her little ear, "You're manifesting right now ... and it's a superpower!"
NOW, I know it's a super power and if you know a small piece of this feeling, this post if for YOU.
There is an energy and vibration and it changes your perspective. For those listening, let me also encourage you to keep going and to know a few other things about it's impact personally and as I have seen in others.
💡Manifestation is key in personal development foundations and wellbeing. It's only valued and important if you are paying attention and are in-tuned to the energy. It's different for everyone based on experiences and beliefs but consistent insights I have found among most include:
1️⃣ CLARITY OF INTENTIONS
Without a doubt, ones goals and intensions are clearer when manifestation is practiced daily. Your personal and professional mission, vision and values align more easily. As a result, tactical activities have a higher likelihood of being completed.
2️⃣ POSITIVE MINDSET & ENHANCED BELIEF SYSTEM
Manifesting daily cultivates a lifestyle of increased positive thoughts, hope, and resilience. This typically increases self confidence and starts to change the stories in your head, nurturing optimism, increased affirmations, and motivation. As an added plus, you'll see a change in attitudes and behaviors as the experiences you encounter are now seen from a difference lens.
3️⃣ GOAL SETTING & PLANNING
When manifesting is a daily piece of your life, goals will come more easily as you are more quickly able to visualize them. Visualization is key in helping to break down milestones and tasks into smaller pieces that allow you to make momentum forward. By taking those steps forward, clients have greater accountability toward achieving their visualization.
🪞Manifesting creates an introspective awareness and promotes emotional awareness through self-reflection. This beautifully allows for greater insights into the self and the power you have within you. Through this you'll find a resilience and adaptability that is UNSTOPPABLE 🛑 Your perseverance will be noticed and the vibration you live by will be radically different.

I knew this year was going to be full of transformations. I promised 🤞 myself bigger shifts, less fear, and clearer direction to serve.
In reflecting back, I’m floored with what was presented, created, and developed. 🌱
I started the year with “DON’T LET FEAR LEAD!”
For 6 months that was my only mantra. I repeated this multiple times a day.
⏳ I transitioned out of a successful online boutique. I was anxious about what ‘working as a coach’ would look like. In my heart, I also second guessed how to do this with my dads anticipated and unanticipated affairs, my ‘mom’ priorities, and a reduced sense of self. I felt spread too thin with too many conflicting priorities.
I was determined to pursue and live a higher level purpose to serve. Unfortunately, biases in my head whispered false stories and outcomes that held me back. 🤦🏼♀️ I put a glass ceiling over my own head without realizing it.
It was ALOT.
Not just for me, FOR MANY.
I feel and see the weight of friends, family, acquaintances, and strangers who have similar pulls in their life. I focused hard to work myself into a space of peace and mindfulness. 🤲 I’m dedicated to sharing it.
I ended the year having overcome deep rooted anxiety, anticipatory fear, mourning the loss of others and pieces of myself. I removed pointless energy sucks that took me away from LIVING. Created boundaries that gave me life to show up in a world the way that I choose.
✨ My energy.
✨ My rules.
✨ My life.
And guess what? It worked.
If you nodded your head in understanding, ask yourself:
🙋🏼♀️ Am I ready to take responsibility for ME? You OWE it to yourself and all the humans that depend on you.
Don’t just survive life … LIVE to FLOURISH!
If I’m being honest, living at an 8 feels SOOO much better than the 2 or 3 that flatlined me with any negative shift. 😂 Even Mr. Presley is IMPRESSED!

**The Power of Silence**
In a society that often glorifies extroversion, it's easy to fall into the trap of thinking that confidence is synonymous with being outspoken or dominating a conversation. However, true self-confidence doesn't need to be loud or assertive. It emanates from within, often silently, and is felt by those around us. This silent confidence is more about your demeanor, your posture, and the energy you exude rather than the words you speak.
Insecurities, on the other hand, tend to manifest as self-doubt, overthinking, and self-sabotaging thoughts. They make us second-guess our decisions and undermine our self-esteem. The deafening noise of insecurities can overshadow our true potential and hinder our personal and professional growth.
Mindfulness begins with self-awareness. Take the time to understand your thoughts, feelings, and reactions. When you recognize the source of your insecurities, you can address them effectively. By being mindful of your own emotions, you can begin to untangle the web of self-doubt.
It's work ... Not in the typical 9-5 but in a lifestyle change that includes an intricate web of inner workings. And let me share with you that once you start to explore, MAGICAL things start to happen in your life.

We all have the same amount of time and energy in a day. Self-care is a choice of prioritization. Never view self care as selfish. There is nothing to share if your cup is empty. Only when your cup becomes a fountain, can you share well.

Positive thinking helps with stress management and can even improve your health.
The positive thinking that usually comes with optimism is a key part of effective stress management. And effective stress management is associated with many health benefits.
Some of your self-talk comes from logic and reason. Other self-talk may arise from misconceptions that you create because of lack of information or expectations due to preconceived ideas.

Y’all, tell me that I’m not the only one here ⬇️
I almost didn't go outside today because I wanted to stay in my pajamas and have the house to myself. But I decided to listen to my wiser self and explore nature instead. Spending time in nature can positively impact mental health, by reducing stress and anxiety, boosting mood, increasing creativity, improving physical health, and promoting mindfulness.
What’s your go to outdoor activity?
You can easily incorporate time outside into your daily routine by taking a walk to the store, gardening, having coffee on the porch, or going on an quick hike.
Remember, "It matters because you matter."
